A good time was had by one & all with food galore, excellent company of tri & cycling friends and viewing of photos from past Mersing/ Kota Bahru/ Cameron cycling trips as well as from IML '06/'07 & IMWA '07 races.
Entertainment after the delicious hearty meal & yummy B&J icecream was the weighing in of the guests! Jax sets the gold standard for having a super duper low 7.5% body fat%!!! Thanks to Bernard for supplying the fat analyser machine :P & for hosting the gathering at his house :)
