Are you burning Fat or Carbs

Based on a reserch done for a treadmill run lab recently (Subject being me), the results below show much of my fuel at my hr is from Fat and Carbs at different hr.

HR------------FAT%------Carbs%
68% hr -------90-----------10
70%hr--------70.3---------29.7
73.5%hr------55.8---------44.2
76.5%hr------60-----------40
90%hr--------30----------70

So if you want to burn fat, you know what to do...

hey wat abt the total calories burnt at diff HR? i was thinking that ( lets take aerobic training out of the picture first ), if u burn at say a moderate HR like 80 percent compared to 70 percent, u burn more calories, then ur body will start to eat into your fat reserves and in total, your bank account have a calorie deficit and you loose weight and become lean and mean...

interesting that at 68 percent HR can burn 90 percent of fat

i need to research on that, so that we can find not only the optimum percentage but also the optimum amount!
