Tommy's B'day Makan

B decided to spring a surprise on b'day boy Y aka Tommy and assembled the rest of Team TriUmph for a b'day makan gathering on Tues 17 Feb.

W recommended this place for our gastronomical feast:

Green beans (Edamame)
Mixed veg salad (carrot/ Jap cucumber sticks on shaved ice, served with miso paste dip) (complimentary)
Salmon sashimi in vinegar sauce (complimentary)

Main course
Mixed fresh sashimi (tuna, salmon, yellowfin, swordfish)

Grilled chicken wings
Fried tofu (bite-sized)
Teapot soup with seafood base, flavoured with lime and served in mini teacups (complimentary)
Miso hotpot soup (salmon, tofu, and mushrooms) cooked in aluminium bowl over a candle burner (complimentary)
Salmon fish head (complimentary) (tender & yummy! my fav :) )

P/S: There were lots of other items on the menu we didn't have enough room in our tummies to try: udon, katsu, ramen, beef curry rice, fried rice, porriage, cold soba, other grilled items, deserts etc.
