Team TriUmph Swim Program (3rd Mesocycle)

The second meso was a focused on speed and endurance.

Now the third meso will be focusing on Endurance and Tri Specific Skills

err... Wk 10 is this Sun 25may, then we break for 3 wks (Sun 1/6 - day after sundown marathon, no way! Sun 8/6 - we in Laos, Sun 15/6- day after we're back from Laos)

Think Wk 11 (3.8k timetrial) will have to be on either 15/6 or 22/6 (1 month after wk 10!)
